High performance is the the ability to deliver-over a prolonged period of time-meaningful, measurable, and financially sustainable results for the people or causes the organization is in existence to serve. If you are committed to  improving your public library's performance but are unsure how to to about, the Leap Ambassador Community has identified seven pillars that when cultivated lead can lead organizations to high performance.
