Public Librarians' Chat: Seven Pillars of High Performance In-Person
High performance is the the ability to deliver-over a prolonged period of time-meaningful, measurable, and financially sustainable results for the people or causes the organization is in existence to serve. If you are committed to improving your public library's performance but are unsure how to to about, the Leap Ambassador Community has identified seven pillars that when cultivated lead can lead organizations to high performance. On Tuesday, February 13th at 10 am Leap Ambassador Ingvild Bjornvold will introduce us to the to the Performance Imperative’s definition of high performance, why you should care about high performance, the seven disciplines that support high performance and how to implement them in your library.
